Practically Perfect Dress Agency specialises in beautiful, pre-loved ladies' clothing, shoes, and accessories from both Designer brands and luxury High Street labels. We are confident that we can provide you with all the inspiration and style for a fraction of the original cost.

We work on a seasonal basis, offering you a service to sell on your pre-loved and new designer clothes. It may not always be obvious why we accept some items but turn away others, as styles and tastes vary so much. However, all of us at Practically Perfect try to cover a broad spectrum. Having been established for over 30 years, we do have a great deal of experience in Dress Agency requirements, making our products up-to-date (no more than two to three years old), in very good condition, dry cleaned/laundered and ironed.

Selling With Us.

Please note that we only accept Designer labels and high-class High Street merchandise. Items should be in "as good as new" condition and no more than two to three years old.

If sellers have any questions regarding the suitability of their items, please call us in advance, or e-mail us, and we will be happy to help and advise.

Terms And Conditions.

​

• We take your previously loved items in for 8 (eight) weeks.

​

• We issue you with your own unique agency number.

​

• All items accepted must be dry cleaned or laundered, stain-free and undamaged.

​

• Items are sold on a 50/50 (fifty/fifty) basis.

​

• If after 4 (four) weeks, the item has not sold at full-price, we (Practically Perfect) will offer it at a 50% reduced price for a further 4 (four) weeks.

• After 8 (eight) weeks, we either return any unsold items or donate to charity. this is discussed and agreed upon at the outset.

​

• Due to restricted storage space, we reserve the right to donate to charity all items that are not collected within 2 (two) weeks of the expiry date.

​

• We payout cash/cheque at all times and the commission is 50% (fifty percent) of the achieved sale price.

​

• Please note, we do not call you to advise of any items sold, but you are most welcome to call us, quoting your agency number, and we will be able to advise you accordingly.

Whilst we would prefer to keep your items for the full 8 (eight) weeks, we do understand that sometimes you may have a change of heart and wish to take your items back before the expiry date. Please phone or call in to discuss this at any time.

All items left at Practically Perfect will be treated with the utmost care.
